Blueberry Coffee Cake
(low calorie/low sugar)
Mixing batter (used Splenda instead of sugar)
I used apple sauce instead of oil
Mixing in the blueberries (I used a lot more than the recipe called for)
Batter is done!
Topping mix (i doubled this cause I like a lot of topping)
I used brown sugar Splenda instead of brown sugar
Ready for the oven
